I began this blog two years ago, after learning more about equanimity. The website layout reflected the turmoil I felt within myself– a little dark mixed with chaos. Through these few years, I’ve learned so much more about myself and the course in which I want to take my life. I’ve given more to myself and this led to me to giving my blog a facelift! I feel the light within and hope that it continues to grow.
