Welcome to my journey towards equanimity. Equanimity is the idea of having mental calmness and composure, especially when faced with difficult situations. Equanimity is most notable in the Buddhist community but can be found in many walks of life. My perception of equanimity is basically having the ability to find the calm within the chaos. Life is continuously becoming more and more chaotic and writing is my way of deciphering the chaos and bringing my mind into a place of serenity. I welcome you on my journey and hope that you find little nuggets of equanimity along the way.
